I have had Rottweilers for many years. Have been active in showing in obedience and confirmation. A long-time advocate for the breed I have seen the same descrimination for the American Pitbull Terrier. My goal is to open the publics eyes as to what a wonderful breed the American Pitbull is and what it can be. We need more advocates of this breed that truly wish to better the breed and not just make "tough" dogs. There is a breed standard and it seems that this has been lost with the "size" of the dogs chest and heads being a factor of a "quality" dog.
